Pray for Clifford

The people who are part of ConnectAbility are not “clients” or “cases” – they are friends and family. When one of them is in pain, we all feel it.

I’m calling on the ConnectAbility “family” of friends, supporters and loved ones to lift up our buddy Clifford today. I just spoke with Clifford’s mom Rhonda and Clifford is in critical condition and needs our love and prayers right away. (Clifford is pictured here singing to his girlfriend Elisabeth at the ConnectAbility Talent Show in January)

His oxygen levels and pulse dropped very low yesterday and he was rushed to the hospital. Upon arrival he stopped breathing and was resuscitated through CPR. Tests showed that his body is fighting major infections. Surgeons removed all of his small intestine and much of his large intestine yesterday. At the moment, doctors are hopeful that enough of the large intestine remains for a feeding tube to be utilized.

Please be in prayer for Clifford and his family. Each minute right now is critical and they need the love and support of the ConnectAbility Family more than ever before.

Updates will be posted as they are available.

Thank you.
