We hope that you have been over to Yahoola Creek Park to check out the new accessible playground and have seen the ConnectAbility Bridge along with all of the tiles on the sidewalk from the bridge to the playground! If you have, you’ve likely noticed the beautiful engravings on some of the tiles. These forms attached to this post allow you to purchase a tile to be engraved-different options and pricing for those are listed on the form.
