ConnectAbility 5K Results
Race Day
Without a doubt, people were ready to run together! We had over 50 registrations in the 3 days before the race. Race morning brought a few rain showers but it didn’t dampen the spirits of our event!
We kicked off our morning with a super fun and energetic warm up from Cat Leopard through Pound.
We had about 100 racers join us, for many of them it was their first competative 5k. For a small handful, it was their TENTH year joining us for a race!
Once again, UNG Mens & Womens tennis teams dominated our volunteer team and brought an amazing spirit of enthusiasm to every aspect of the event. Huge thanks to Jesse Turk for marking the course and helping to coordinate our volunteers on the course.
